What is POE and do I need it?
POE (Power over Ethernet) powers the phone through the network cable. Phones without POE use a power supply, which is available in the accessories section.
Can I keep the analog phones I already own?
Yes. The Grandstream HT801 adapter connects traditional analog phones to the Helix Telecom Cloud PBX, so you do not have to replace working equipment.
