Grandstream HT801: One Adapter for Your Analog Phones and Your Fax Machine

The HT801 connects the equipment you already own to your Helix Telecom Cloud PBX. Plug in a traditional desk phone, a cordless base, or a fax machine and it works on our network. You do not have to replace working equipment to get the benefits of a cloud phone system, and we handle the provisioning on our side before it ships.

Voice Features Your Desk Phone Never Had

Connected through the HT801, an ordinary analog phone gets 3-way conferencing, caller ID with call waiting, call transfer and forwarding, do not disturb, and message waiting. It carries clear, reliable voice over your internet connection using standard codecs including G.711, G.729, iLBC, and G.726.

Faxing That Works Over the Internet

The HT801 supports T.38 fax relay, the standard that keeps faxes intact when they travel across an IP network, and it steps down to G.711 fax pass-through when needed. Automatic failover to a backup server keeps your fax line up if the primary connection has trouble. Fax machines that are fine for the job can keep doing the job.

One Adapter, Two Jobs

Small Hardware, No IT Project

The HT801 is about the size of a deck of cards, uses one network port, and needs no configuration from you.
