- Create a new email from your authorized email address
- Enter the 10-digit fax number you are sending to followed by @emailyourfax.com in the TO field
- Enter the fax number in the SUBJECT field
- Attach your document in PDF, JPG, TIFF, Microsoft Word, Excel, CSV, HTML, or Plain Text format
- Click SEND and receive a confirmation or rejection email within 15 minutes
