Customers activating Grandstream DP series equipment on existing account should contact the Helix Telecom Sales Department before placing an order.
Grandstream DP series equipment is custom order and may require several days before shipment. Please contact Helix Telecom Sales Department for availability if order delivery window is time sensitive.
The Grandstream DP Series base stations and handsets are reasonably durable but remain subject to impact or liquid damage. Helix Telecom recommends care when handling any mobile electronic devices. Due to the number of mobile electronic devices returned to Helix Telecom for impact and liquid damage, all sales for the Grandstream DP Series base stations and handsets are final after activation.
All battery claims depend on location, signal strength, feature configuration, usage, and many other factors; actual results will vary. Battery has limited recharge cycles and handset may need to be replaced periodically.
