Helix Telecom may substitute the Grandstream HT-701 for the HT-801 depending on stock availability at the time of your order. There is no functional difference between the Grandstream HT-701 and Grandstream HT-801 adapters.

The HT-710 features support for 2 virtual lines (toggle between 2 calls or conference 2 calls together), Caller ID, Call Waiting, 3-Way Conference, Transfer, Forward, Message Waiting Indication(Stutter Tone), multi-language voice prompt, call parking. The HT-710 does not support incoming intercom or pages. The HT-710 can page and intercom other desk phones.
