All payments are final. There are no refunds. This policy supersedes any refund policy found on our website or documentation. Pricing does not include taxes and fees. Taxes and fees are calculated by a third party and assessed based on reported source and destination of calls.
Minimum weekday usage equal to pro-rated monthly recharge amount based on number of ports/capacity selected. Minimum monthly usage equal to recharge amount based on number of ports/capacity selected. Customers falling below these minimum volumes are subject to cancellation without refund. Customers subject to $25/month service fee. Service fee waived on balance recharge. If fee unpaid then account will be closed and unused balance forfeit.
All rates are based on dialed number LRN rate center. Only rate centers shown on published rate deck are supported. Invalid ANI will be billed indeterminate rate.
Helix Telecom includes low balance notification upon customer request. Helix Telecom does not provide a customer portal or Call Detail Records for SIP Trunks. Customers who require Call Detail Records or balance management should use a dialer or PBX solution including these features. Request for account balance more than once per month will incur a charge of $10 per request deducted from the balance.
Helix Telecom only supports IPv4 Authentication. Customers will be required to provide a list of IPv4 addresses to authenticate outbound calls. Customers may update their IPv4 address list once per month and may include up to 10 unique IP addresses. Helix Telecom does not support CIDR masking for IP Authentication.
Helix Telecom technical support for SIP Trunks is limited to Helix Telecom's network only. Any other technical support labor, determined to be caused by a customer configuration issue or issue with the number dialed, will be deducted from the customer's balance. Call completion issues due to invalid or incorrect ANI, including use of toll free phone numbers, are assumed to be caused by a customer configuration issue.
Helix Telecom restricts access on new accounts to any rate center where cost exceeds $0.006/minute due to fraud. Customers may deposit additional funds or limit capacity to limit or remove this restriction. Customers balances below $20 will be unable to initiate new calls. Helix Telecom does not terminate active calls even if balance is exhausted. Customers are still responsible for negative balances on SIP Trunk accounts.
All new accounts are limited to 100 ports and 25 calls per second ("CPS"). Customers who require additional capacity may request up to 2000 ports and 500 calls per second with a sufficient deposit.
Helix Telecom staff cannot offer assistance or support for SHAKEN/STIR call authentication. Customers must sign calls before delivery to Helix Telecom. Unauthenticated calls may experience poor Average Call Duration and Average Call Seizure Rates.
CloudPBX delinquency automatically terminates SIP Trunk account with no refunds for unused balance.
Helix Telecom conforms to United States Law and Standards for Acceptable Use. Lawful requests from a United States government agency or any FCC licensed telecommunications provider instructing Helix Telecom to suspend or terminate an account will be honored without notice or refund. Customers are obligated to conform to the Helix Telecom Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use policy of all carriers transporting customer calling traffic even if the customer has no control over the source or destination of the traffic. Any unused funds at the time of suspension or termination will be forfeited.
