Helix Telecom Refund Policy

All unopened equipment must be received by Helix Telecom within 15 days of delivery to qualify for a full refund.  No refunds on shipping charges, damaged equipment, used equipment, service or any third party payment fees including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or PayPal. Return authorization required. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Individual product descriptions supercede the terms and conditions specified in this paragraph.
